Is Deutsche Italia a dealership?
We are not a dealer, we are brokers that find your vehicle and use our partnerships with wholesale and retail dealers across the country to get your vehicle to you in the most price effective and efficient manner possible. Because we bring a lot of business to various dealers we are able to use our purchasing power to negotiate the lowest possible prices for our client's desired automobiles.
After I confirm my order and place a deposit on my target vehicle, how long will it take?
That depends on how common, or rare the requested vehicle is. Typically we can find a vehicle in less than 2 weeks, for common vehicles this process might be as short as a few days. Rarer cars may take longer. Once we receive your Vehicle Request Form, an estimated delivery timeline will be included with your Deutsche Italia quote.
What else should I know about Deutsche Italia?
The team at Deutsche Italia also owns a licensed, insured and bonded mechanic shop that specializes in european auto repair, maintenance, restoration, after market performance and customization and more. We'll bring our wide array of expertise to every vehicle order and advise our clients on all aspects of their purchase. We'll also make recommendations based on our decades of experience. For example, if we know about certain makes/models that have had certain chronic mechanical issues, we will let you know right away. We don't want to put you in ANY vehicle, we want to put you in the RIGHT vehicle, one that you'll be able to enjoy for years to come.
What kind of vehicles does Deutsche Italia specialize in?
We specialize in finding pre-owned luxury vehicles. Although we occasionally get request to find other types of vehicles as well. We understand that pre-owned luxury vehicles offer great value because a savvy buyer can save a lot of money and still have a late model, top of the line, vehicle with tens of thousands of great driving pleasure still in the car. Our clients come to us to make sure they not only get a superb vehicle, but also have experts go through the vehicle and make sure it's in great working condition and will live up to our client's highest expectations.
Does Deutsche Italia guarantee my vehicle?
All deposits are fully refundable should we not find your vehicle in the quoted time line. All of our transportation partners are fully insured, licensed and bonded, and will take care of any issue should one arise. We guarantee to provide our clients will all available data on the desired vehicle, as we have it. This condition report will be based on an in-person inspection in which the car's exterior, interior will be examined, the computer will be checked for codes, and over-all inspection of mechanical parts. Any service needed will either be completed or brought to the attention of the buyer so he/she can make a determination of if they want the work done. All pre-owned vehicles obviously have some wear and tear, and it's typical that expected maintenance may need to be done, based on the mileage of the vehicle. We will make recommendations as we see fit, because we want our buyers to have headache free enjoyment of their newly purchased car.
What makes Deutsche Italia different?
Although we do always have some vehicles in our inventory, our business model is not based on selling vehicles we've acquired. We're able to find and then offer buyers the best wholesale prices available because we don't maintain huge overhead on space of the kind of staffing a large dealership would have to keep. We are a specialty business who's strength comes from our relationship with other dealerships and wholesalers, who carry the big overhead. When we see a vehicle we need for a client we negotiate a great price, which we get because they want us to continue doing business with them next time we need a car. Some months we may buy 20-30 expensive vehicles from one dealer or wholesaler, so we're able to get a rock bottom price because of our overall buying power.

While we specialize in pre-owned luxury vehicles, we will do our utmost to satisfy our customers, especially repeat customers, and we have on occasion hunted down unbelievable savings, not only various non-luxury automobile makes, but also on various boats and yachts. No matter what motor vehicle is requested by our customers you can count on Deutsche Italia to bring the same determination to every dream we are asked to fulfill.
Does Deutsche Italia offer financing?

Can Deutsche Italia Automobl find new vehicles too?
Yes, although we specialize in luxury-pre-owned, we can also find any new vehicle for our customers. Many of our customers have been so satisfied with Deutsche Italia's level of service that they come to us for all their vehicle buying needs, regardless of if they want new or pre-owned. Many of the dealerships we partner with are new-vehicle dealerships and Deutsche Italia will use our ongoing relationships with these partners, in order to negotiate rock-bottom prices on behalf of our customers.
How much can Deutsche Italia save me on my requested vehicle?
This amount varies greatly, since some vehicles depreciate more then others. Deutsche Italia will get a requested vehicle at mid-to-low wholesale price, which is anywhere from 15-30% below retail. The exact potential savings is often related to how rare the vehicle is, what region the vehicle is located and sometimes what season it is (for example, it will be cheaper buying a convertible in the autumn or winter). Your Deutsche Italia representative will inform you of these factors and relay any helpful info that may help get you additional savings.
